It's All About The Meats!


Smoked Picanha Steak

If you like Tri Tip, you’ll love this cut!

Start with 1, 4-5 lb Top Sirloin Cap “Picanha” with fat trimmed off

Rub one side with UrbanQ Smokehouse It’s All About The Meats…and More Seasoning

Rub the other side with UrbanQ Smokehouse Cup of Joe Meat Rub

Heat smoker to 250°.

Cook until internal temp is 130° (about 1 hour).  Then let rest for 15 minutes.

Slice and serve on crusty bread or by itself with a couple of sides.

If you can find this cut in Waygu, you may never eat anything else!
