Serve on your favorite bun and top with creamy cole slaw and Chipotle Q Sauce.

3 lb Chuck Roast

1 diced large Onion

1 lb sliced Mushrooms

3 cloves Garlic chopped

1 Tbsp It’s All About the Meats and More Seasoning

½ bottle Pinot Noir wine or any Red Wine

2 c Beef Broth

Smoke Chuck Roast on 250° for 1 hour.  Put into crock pot with all other ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours.  Then pull the chuck roast and make sure everything is mixed together well.
