It's All About The Meats!


Asparagus with Hot Bacon Balsamic Dressing

This works as a hot or cold side dish or salad.

Fry up:

4 slices of bacon, diced

1/2 large onion, diced

Then add:

1 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup sugar

2 T Dijon mustard

2 tsp UrbanQ Smokehouse It’s All About the Meats…And More Seasoning

1 tsp black pepper

Stir until bubbly then pour over 1-2 bunches of fresh steamed asparagus.
